PRAIRIE LACE RETURN POLICY
We want you to feel confident in every purchase you make from Prairie Lace. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how to return it:
All returns can be simply started by emailing us at hello@prairielace.ca. Please make sure to include your order number in the email.
We do our best to process returns as soon as they arrive.
✅ WHAT CAN BE RETURNED
We accept returns on regular-priced items that meet the following criteria:

Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

All original tags are still attached (or item is in original bag/packaging)

Shoes must be in their original box with all packaging included
(Please don’t stick the return label directly on the shoe box!)
Returned items must meet these conditions and be within the return timeline below.

⏱ RETURN TIMELINE

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery (based on tracking).

Returns must be shipped within 14 days of delivery.
(It doesn’t need to arrive within 14 days, just be scanned and in transit.) -
Late or ineligible returns won’t be processed. If you’d like the item(s) returned back to you, you may send us a prepaid shipping label.
📦 RETURN SHIPPING
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from your refund or store credit. If you require a prepaid return label, one can be generated and sent to you, with the cost deducted from your return.

Store Credit

Refund to Original Payment Method

Refund issued to your original form of payment, minus the return label fee and a 10% restocking fee.
