📦 WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
We do our best to ship all orders within 48 hours of receiving them.
Once shipped, delivery typically takes up to 7 business days, depending on your location.

📫 MY PACKAGE SAYS “DELIVERED” BUT I CAN’T FIND IT
If your tracking shows your order has been delivered but you haven’t received it, try the following:

  • Check common delivery spots like your porch, garage, mailbox, or building lobby

  • Ask neighbors or household members if they’ve received it

  • Contact Canada Post or Purolator with your tracking number for more info

  • Leave a note in your mailbox with the tracking number asking your delivery driver where it may have been placed or if a key was left elsewhere
